I had extensive work done, was told after EVERY appointment I did not have a balance due to my insurance coverage and them having me sign up for sunbit to cover the additional cost. I’m now receiving a bill that can possibly affect my credit for the same dental work I was told was covered by both my insurance and the sunbit plan I’m paying money for once a month. It’s absurd because I was reassured by the office manager Dayna, I believe that is how you spell her name that I had no financial obligations to the office. I feel bamboozeled and taken advantage of.

Team members are kind and attentive. Upon approaching the registration desk you are greeted with a friendly smile, and treated like you are a good friend. Additionally, services are provided in an extremely thorough manner, and questions are answered patiently, kindly, and thoroughly. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Great Expressions Dental Center.

Buyer beware!!!!! Very shady on billing. The office does not know what corporate billing is doing and office does not bill correct! Estimates were off over $500-$600 dollars! Over a year and 4 months for them to follow a network providers allowable cost. People in the office come and go once they realize the lack of organization with this company. They also told me that over 90% of their patients have to have deep scaling when their teeth are cleaned!! RED FLAG ALERT!

Today I went in for a “deep cleaning”, and Roberto provided the service. He was prompt, professional, kind. He patiently listened to my questions regarding my insurance carrier and provided an acceptable response, which helped to put me at ease, that I was not being overcharged for the services. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I left feeling that my teeth, and by extension my health are in good hands. Roberto, please know that you are greatly appreciated. In terms of my experience overall, I’m always impressed by the cleanliness of the premises, and friendliness of the staff.
